Oh No - Oh Beats Cho in Play Off in China
World number 2 Cecilia Cho, came close to defending her overall title at the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship at the Lion Country Club in China. Starting the final round two shots behind 15 year old leader Saya Aono, it was another 15 year old from Australia that won the spoils by shooting a one uner 71 to tie Cecilia and force a play-off. Su-Yuan Oh, 5th with a round to play, won the play-off and gain the overall girls Championship title. Oh had rounds of 79, 75, 71 and 71.
Meanwhile, the over night leader had a shocker shooting a final round of 85 to fall out of contention.
However, Cecilia gained the Under 17 title easily by shooting 296 with rounds of 76, 72, 74 and 74 defeating her nearest rival by a massive 17 shots.
